01 Jul GLXG Welcomed International Integrative Medicine Leader Dr Ana Moreira to IPM 2026
GLXG was delighted to welcome Dr Ana Moreira as a guest speaker at the Integrative & Personalised Medicine Congress (IPM) 2026 in London, where she delivered a workshop hosted by GLXG.
As one of Europe’s leading voices in Integrative, Regenerative and Longevity Medicine, Dr Moreira brought a wealth of international clinical experience and expertise to the UK’s premier event for personalised and integrative healthcare. Her presentation marked her first appearance at IPM in London, providing delegates with the opportunity to hear directly from one of the field’s most respected international speakers.
Dr Moreira is the Director of the Integrative Medical Centre by Dr Ana Moreira in Porto, Portugal, and serves as President of the Portuguese Society of Integrative Medicine (SPMI). She is a frequent speaker at international medical congresses and has made significant contributions to the development of evidence-based integrative medicine throughout Europe and beyond.
Topic: Effective Integrative Medicine in Action: From Environmental Exposure to Precision Diagnostics in Europe.
During the session, Dr Moreira explored some of the most pressing challenges facing integrative healthcare today, with a particular focus on the growing impact of environmental toxicity on patient health.
Using real-world patient case studies, she demonstrated how advanced diagnostic testing can reveal underlying causes that may otherwise remain hidden when practitioners focus solely on symptoms. The workshop showcased how precision diagnostics can help clinicians uncover the complete health picture, enabling more personalised and effective therapeutic strategies.
The Role of Advanced Diagnostics
At GLXG, we believe the future of healthcare lies in understanding the individual patient. Diagnostic testing has evolved far beyond identifying disease and now plays a critical role in uncovering environmental exposures, chronic inflammatory drivers, infectious burdens, toxicities, metabolic dysfunction, and other factors that can influence long-term health outcomes.
Dr Moreira’s presentation highlighted how practitioners can use advanced laboratory testing to move beyond symptom management towards a deeper understanding of patient physiology and underlying causes. By combining clinical expertise with precision diagnostics, practitioners can develop more targeted, personalised, and effective treatment programmes that support improved patient outcomes.
Thank You to Everyone Who Joined Us
We were honoured to welcome Dr Moreira to London and to share her practical, evidence-informed approach to integrative medicine with delegates attending IPM 2026.
It was also a pleasure to meet so many healthcare professionals at Stand B15 throughout the congress. Thank you to everyone who attended the workshop, visited our stand, and took the time to speak with the GLXG team about how advanced diagnostic solutions can support clinical practice.
We look forward to continuing those conversations and seeing everyone again at future events.
