Sending your sample

If you send a test kit to us, please ensure you only do this on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning of each week. DHL Medical Express must be arranged for the same day as your sample is taken.

 

We’re a global team with offices and distribution hubs in Germany, the United Kingdom and Portugal. We support all patients and practitioners in countries around the world where there is a DHL Medical Express pick up hub. This operational model is critical because blood samples must reach our laboratory within 2 days to maintain cell viability for testing.
